Now, one of Ranni’s close associates finds themselves at the center stage of one such fan-made art. Twitter user dintoge has made a unique sketch of Blaidd, channeling their creative abilities to create a highly adorable version of the Elden Ring NPC....

Frostbite is a status effect that works very similarly to Hemorrhage. Players can proc the Frostbite status by filling up an Elden Ring enemy’s invisible build-up bar using weapons, spells, and Ashes of War that have Frostbite effects. The first and most immediate effect Frostbite has is that it does instant damage to a target. ZeniMax has confirmed that it has settled the Redfall trademark dispute with BookBreeze.com. Redfall series author Falconer had reached out to ZeniMax to try and solve the issue but after his messages were ignored, Falconer asked BookBreeze to act. In a brief statement, the companies say that “ZeniMax Media Inc. and Bookbreeze.com are pleased to announce that they have amicably resolved a pending trademark dispute related to the Redfall trademark....

The video is a recreation of sequences from multiple Elden Ring trailers, featuring both cinematic footage and gameplay. In an interview with Edge Magazine, Miyazaki explained how he came to think of Martin as an old friend during Elden Ring’s early development and the two truly shared a passion for fantasy worlds. Miyazaki also explain that Martin only wrote Elden Ring’s mythology because FromSoftware felt like working on the story and in-game text would limit Martin’s creativity. One thing Miyazaki asked Martin was to create these heroes from the ancient mythos, and among others, Godfrey was born....

While fans of FromSoftware games have been liking Elden Ring a lot, its success has caused the studio to gain a new fanbase as well. From Elden Ring’s insanely difficult bosses to its beautiful open world, many gamers have been enjoying the game, spending dozens of hours playing it....

During all of that, Elden Ring could have shadow dropped at any time, and fans would have rushed out to buy it. This speaks to the high level of pedigree from FromSoftware and the popularity of the Souls/Soulslike genre.
