For those unfamiliar with The Elder Scrolls or what content is going to be featured in the Morrowind expansion, here’s the content featured within the gameplay trailer according to Bethesda:

Fans of The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind will now be able to compare various locations within the game directly to those now being added to The Elder Scrolls Online. While The Elder Scrolls Online doesn’t push high-end graphics like the single player games (or mods) in the franchise do, it’s been 15 years since the original Morrowind’s release. It goes without saying, then, that fans can expect to see a “new” Morrowind.

While it’s not clear what direction The Elder Scrolls Online’s story will take, much of the imagery within the trailer seems to reference the classic Morrowind. The volcanoes specifically denote the region at the center of Vvardenfell, as well as the Red Mountain itself. The temple at the end of the trailer could even be the location where the player ultimately confronts Dagoth Ur. Though fans will have to wait for a story trailer from Bethesda to ultimately find out the truth.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind expansion will launch on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One starting June 6.
