RELATED: Elder Scrolls Online: How To Get The Order’s Wrath Armor Set (And What It Does)
Mora’s Whispers, perhaps appropriately for the Daedric Prince of Knowledge, is one of the few items in Elder Scrolls Online that scales based on a meta aspect of the game: the number of Lore books read. Taking full advantage of this ESO Mythic item can take a long time, but if you’ve been diligent about collecting Lorebooks, it might be worth looking into.
Mora’s Whispers Gives Buffs Based on Completion of Shalidor’s Library
This ESO Mythic increases Critical Hit Chance by a maximum of 1528 and increases all forms of Experience gain (including Crafting) by up to 10% based on how much of Shalidor’s Library has been completed. Shalidor’s Library completion is different on a character-to-character basis as it is tied to the Mages Guild skill line.
To make full use of Mora’s Whispers, you need to have a character who has committed to hunting down each Lore entry in the Shalidor’s Library list. It’s a hard task that takes a lot of time, but the powerful reward of massive boosts to Critical Hit Chance and experience gain seems almost worth the tedious process of finishing this Collection.
How To Get The Mora’s Whispers ESO High Isle Mythic
Mora’s Whispers is an ESO Mythic Item, and as such can be unlocked after completing five associated Master-level Leads. Each of these Leads are found in a unique location after completing a unique task - there is usually an element of chance with each Lead, so be prepared to farm each location for a little while.
With the Greymoor Chapter’s Scrying system, players can hunt for Antiquities throughout Tamriel. To Scry these Leads and acquire each of the five fragments for the Mora’s Whispers Mythic ring, players must reach Level 7 Scrying skill and spend four Skill Points in the Antiquarian’s Insight perk. Once located and Excavated, the fragments will combine automatically in your Collections to form the Mythic Ring.
