User Dom0nnick actually has quite a few posts pertaining to the cinematic icon, with most of them highlighting epic PvP triumphs which fly in the face of established combat meta. Rocky, of course, would never be one to wield massive greatswords or cast incantations, but Dom0nnick found ways to dominate on the battlefield with nothing save for the Iron Ball fist weapon. Going up against other Elden Ring players with nothing save for the high-fantasy equivalent of boxing gloves might seem ridiculous, but, as Dark Souls veterans know all too well, the naked guy with a silly weapon is often the most ferocious PvP opponent.

Storied actor Sylveter Stallone recently offered up his ideas for a Rocky prequel series, but he probably won’t be weighing in on the viability of cosplaying as his character in Elden Ring any time soon. Still, he would probably be pretty proud of Dom0nnick’s devotion to the classic film series. Unfortunately, those wishing to follow in the TikToker’s footsteps may want to reconsider, as getting the weapon seen in these clips involves killing Blackguard Big Boggart, something most will probably want to avoid doing.
Blackguard Big Boggart is tied to Rya’s questline, which is one of Elden Ring’s lengthiest and most interesting. The merchant also plays a role in the Dung Eater’s story, dropping a seedbed curse and triggering an invasion when he eventually dies, so those trying to progress through that storyline may want to be careful, as well.
With all that said, Elden Ring players are getting increasingly creative when it comes to PvP, and those who’ve already logged hundreds of hours in the game may want to branch out and give some of the less conventional weapons a shot. Getting demolished by high intelligence foes or bleed builds can be frustrating, but it seems as if just about anyone could become famous on TikTok by discovering the next weird yet surprisingly viable PvP build.
Elden Ring is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
