They are using a combo Faith and Magic Crystal Flask. They cast Golden Vow and have a few buffs applied from their Silver Tear Mask, and all of this combined destroys the Fire Giant very quickly.

Players are finding various ways to defeat bosses quickly, like this Elden Ring player defeating Malenia easily with a Greatsword and using the Ordovis Vortex skill again and again. So, DaddyWhoGames is one in a long list of clever players that have discovered a truly effective way of dealing with Elden Ring’s toughest challenges.
