The game is also known for its high difficulty, mainly because of several challenging enemies. Moreover, Elden Ring has a wide array of formidable bosses, including Radagon of the Golden Order, Godrick the Grafted, Margit the Fell Omen, and many others. Players often take multiple tries and spend hundreds of hours trying to defeat a single adversary.

On the other hand, some gamers are highly talented at their craft and take only a few minutes to vanquish the hardest bosses in Elden Ring. Reddit user Ruindows is one such player who recorded their Elden Ring gameplay where they beat one of the strongest enemies at Level 1. The Redditor uploaded a short video showing their fight with Dragonlord Placidusax, a tough optional boss. The video begins with the user taking a few buffs to prepare for the forthcoming battle with the giant dragon. The fight starts in a few seconds and surprisingly ends with Ruindows emerging victorious.

The video also shows the Elden Ring player achieving this great accomplishment with very little HP, thanks to their brilliant skill and technique. The Redditor chose the Lion Greatbow as their weapon of choice and used the Radahn’s Rain skill to slay the massive dragon. Radahn’s Rain proved to be exceptionally effective in defeating Dragonlord Placidusax as it dealt heavy damage while allowing the player to maintain distance. The Reddit community responded positively to the post with encouraging and curious comments and several upvotes. Most users agreed that the surprising effectiveness of Radahn’s Rain was because of the enormous target, enabling the majority of the arrows to get a successful hit.

Radahn’s Rain is among the lesser-known skills in Elden Ring and is the default skill of the Lion Greatbow. As seen in the video, if used correctly, it can be used to defeat the toughest of bosses. Like Radahn’s Rain, Dragonlord Placidusax is highly underrated as most of the limelight is stolen by other bosses like Malenia. Placidusax is a colossal two-headed dragon that many experts put in the A-Tier of Elden Ring bosses, alongside Maliketh and Morgott.

Elden Ring is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
